highway purpose definition provided. Sec. 3: trunk highway fund expenditures
dedicated, and expenditures limited. Sec. 4: motor vehicle taxes not otherwise
provided for deposited in the state treasury and credited to the Minnesota
transportation trust fund. Sec. 5: Minnesota transportation trust fund created
in the state treasury, trust funds distribution provided, county and municipal
transportation funds allocated, commissioner's appropriations recommendations
provided, and funds balance allocated. Sec. 6: motor vehicle sales tax revenue
dedication provided. Sec. 7: state patrol operations appropriations required
from the general fund. Sec. 8: state portion of traffic and motor vehicle law
violation fines and forfeited bail monies dedicated to the general fund. Sec. 9:
constitutional amendment proposed creating the Minnesota transportation trust
fund. Sec. 10: constitutional amendment submitted to voters. Sec. 11: repealer.
