A bill for an act
relating to state government; requiring technical assistance and legal services to
the prescription drug affordability advisory council; amending Minnesota Statutes
2024, section 62J.88, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 62J.88, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

(a) The commissioner of commerce must
provide technical assistance to the advisory council.

(b) The attorney general must provide legal services to the advisory council.
