A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; extending the expiration of the Hennepin County and Ramsey
County deed and mortgage taxes; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, sections
383A.80, subdivision 4; 383B.80, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 383A.80, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Expiration.

The authority to impose the tax under this section expires January
