relating to commerce; prohibiting manufacturers from advertising prescription
drugs on television; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter
325F.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin (a) For the purposes of this section, the terms defined in this
subdivision have the meanings given.

new text begin (b) "Manufacturer" means a drug manufacturer licensed under section 151.252.

new text begin (c) "Prescription drug" has the meaning provided in section 151.441, subdivision 8.
