BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

fund to the commissioner of human services for children's mental health grants for respite
care services for children with mental illness or serious mental illness under Minnesota
Statutes, section 245.4889, subdivision 1, paragraph (b), clause (3).
