relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Taste of Minnesota.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,846,500 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the Minneapolis Downtown Council
to support the Taste of Minnesota event. This appropriation is for infrastructure and associated
costs, including but not limited to event build out, permits, waste management, staffing,
security, equipment rentals, signs, and insurance.
