A bill for an act
 relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the continuation of the dairy
development and profitability enhancement and dairy business planning grant
programs.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DAIRY DEVELOPMENT AND PROFITABILITY
ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS.

new text begin $634,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $634,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for the continuation of the dairy development
and profitability enhancement programs, including dairy business planning grants and other
services to support the dairy industry, under Minnesota Statutes, section 32D.30.
