A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying an appropriation for the MERIT center
in the city of Marshall; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 9,
subdivision 12.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 9, subdivision 12, is amended to read:

Marshall; MERIT Training Center

For a grant to the city of Marshall to design,
