relating to transportation; appropriating money for certain Trunk Highway 74
resurfacing in Winona County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 74.

$1,200,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for resurfacing of marked Trunk Highway 74 from north of Elba to Winona
County State-Aid Highway 30 in Winona County, including design, engineering, acquisition
of right-of-way, and construction. The commissioner may use Otta seal, double Otta seal,
or double chip seal to perform the project. This is a onetime appropriation and is available
until June 30, 2028.
