A bill for an act
 relating to legislative enactments; correcting miscellaneous oversights,
inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and technical errors; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 17.354.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 17.354, is amended to read:


17.354 APPLICATION.

Sections 17.351 deleted text begin to 17.353deleted text end new text begin and 17.352 new text end do not affect provisions of law relating to wild
animals.
