BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; PRODUCE RX PILOT PROGRAM.

new text begin $410,300 in fiscal year 2026 and $410,300 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of health for a grant to the city of Minneapolis to sustain
and expand its produce prescription pilot program, Produce Rx, to programs at ten federally
qualified health centers and school-based clinics in Hennepin and Olmsted Counties. The
base for this appropriation is $410,300 in fiscal years 2028, 2029, and 2030, and $0 in fiscal
year 2031.
