A bill for an act
relating to noxious weeds; requiring notice of entry for noxious weed inspections;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 18.79, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 18.79, subdivision 3, is amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Entry upon land.

To administer and enforce sections 18.76 to 18.91, an
inspector or county-designated employee may enter upon land without consent of the owner
and without being subject to an action for trespass or any damages.new text begin Before entering upon
