relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the final segment of the
Glacial Lakes Trail.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; GLACIAL LAKES TRAIL.

new text begin $4,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to design and construct the final trail segment for the Glacial Lakes
Trail, established under Minnesota Statutes, section 85.015, subdivision 5, between the city
of New London and Sibley State Park. This appropriation is onetime and is available until
the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
