 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for the Upsala Area
Historical Society.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; UPSALA AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY.

new text begin $300,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the governing board of the Minnesota Historical Society for a grant to the Upsala Area
Historical Society for a museum to preserve historical artifacts and the rich immigrant
history of the Upsala area.
