A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for Boys & Girls Clubs of the
Twin Cities.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF THE TWIN CITIES.

new text begin $150,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin
Cities for planning, predesign, and design activities toward a new Boys & Girls Club at the
new Nicollet Redevelopment location in south Minneapolis to expand critical
out-of-school-time programs and functions as the administrative headquarters for Boys &
Girls Club of the Twin Cities.
