relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to Twin Cities Recovery
Project for posttreatment recovery support.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TWIN CITIES RECOVERY PROJECT.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of human services for a grant to Twin Cities Recovery
Project, a recovery community organization. Grant money must be used to:

new text begin (1) provide geographically or culturally specific peer recovery services and education
aimed at addressing disparities in posttreatment substance use disorder and mental health
support; and

new text begin (2) expand access to posttreatment recovery support for high-need populations.
