A bill for an act
 relating to taxation; local government aids; modifying the funding source and
increasing the appropriation for soil and water conservation district aid; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 477A.23, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 477A.23, subdivision 6, is amended to read:


Subd. 6.

Appropriation.

in each year from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue to make the payments
