 relating to veterans; appropriating money to construct a chapel at a national veterans
cemetery.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FARGO MEMORIAL HONOR GUARD.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
veterans affairs for a grant to Fargo Memorial Honor Guard for construction costs associated
with the construction of a chapel, parking lot, and related infrastructure at a veterans national
cemetery in North Dakota. This is a onetime appropriation.
