A bill for an act
 relating to natural resources; appropriating money to the commissioner of natural
resources for grants under the environment and natural resources trust fund
community grant program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; ENRTF COMMUNITY GRANT PROGRAM.

new text begin $28,180,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the environment and natural
resources trust fund to the commissioner of natural resources to make grants under the
environment and natural resources trust fund community grant program established in
Minnesota Statutes, section 116X.03. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until
June 30, 2028.
