relating to workforce development; appropriating money to 30,000 Feet.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin 30,000 FEET; APPROPRIATION.

$400,000 in fiscal year 2025 and $400,000 in fiscal year 2026 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
30,000 Feet, a nonprofit organization, to fund youth apprenticeship jobs, wraparound
services, after-school programming, and summer learning loss prevention efforts targeted
at African American youth.
