A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for reconstruction of 322nd
Street in Stearns County and the city of St. Cloud.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; 322ND STREET RECONSTRUCTION IN STEARNS
COUNTY.

new text begin $3,150,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for a grant to Stearns County or the city of St. Cloud for design, engineering,
environmental analysis, land acquisition, and reconstruction of 322nd Street from Stearns
County State-Aid Highway 4 to Stearns County State-Aid Highway 133 in and adjacent to
the city of St. Cloud.
