A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for town roads and bridges.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin TOWN ROADS; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $25,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for town roads, to be distributed
in the manner provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.

Sec. 2. new text begin TOWN BRIDGES; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for town bridges, to be distributed
in the manner provided under Minnesota Statutes, section 162.081.
