relating to labor and industry; directing the commissioner to adopt rules relating
to steam boilers.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of labor and industry shall amend Minnesota Rules, part 5225.1180,
to allow low mass high pressure steam boilers to operate in the same manner as low pressure
steam boilers.
