A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; establishing a speed limit on a segment of Carver County
State-Aid Highway 43 in the city of Victoria; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024,
section 169.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 169.14, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

new text begin Speed limit on Carver County State-Aid Highway 43 in the city of
Victoria. new text end

new text begin Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this section, the speed limit on
Carver County State-Aid Highway 43 between its intersection with Carver County State-Aid
Highway 10 and Carver County State-Aid Highway 11 is 35 miles per hour. The
commissioner must erect appropriate signs displaying the speed limit.
