relating to natural resources; requiring timely payment of timber refunds; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 90.201, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 90.201, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

a person who becomes eligible for a refund under this section.
