relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for TaikoArts Midwest.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of administration for a grant to TaikoArts Midwest to support capacity
building, community engagement, the launch of an arts education program, and the
establishment of community partnerships in St. Paul's North End. Capital improvements,
including facility upgrades and program expansion, are an allowable use of the grant.
