pesticides; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 18B.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

entity may not sell, use, or apply neonicitinoid pesticides within the state.
