A bill for an act
relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to West
Broadway Business and Area Coalition.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; WEST BROADWAY BUSINESS AND AREA
COALITION.

$75,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $75,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
West Broadway Business and Area Coalition to support their ambassador program to help
manage, maintain, and oversee the West Broadway Avenue corridor in the city of
Minneapolis. These are onetime appropriations.
