A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for grade-separated interchange
at Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St. Paul and
Oakdale.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TRUNK HIGHWAY 36 AND TRUNK HIGHWAY
120 INTERCHANGE.

new text begin $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation for preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection
of marked Trunk Highway 36 and marked Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St.
Paul and Oakdale. This appropriation is onetime and is available until the project is completed
or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
