BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal years
designated.

to Independent School District No. 742, St. Cloud, for the Preschool 4 Success program
operated with the Rotary Club of St. Cloud:

percent of the appropriation is available for grant administration.

June 30, 2027. The fiscal year 2027 appropriation is available until June 30, 2028.
