A bill for an act
 relating to legacy; appropriating money to expand arts programming that celebrates
Latino cultural heritage.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the
arts and cultural heritage fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to
(Neo)Muralismos de Mexico to expand arts programming that celebrates Latino cultural
heritage through workshops and support to local artists and by providing capacity building,
professional development, networking, and presentation opportunities on Latino arts and
culture.
