A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a study and predesign of
improvements to water infrastructure for treatment of PFAS in the city of Oak
Park Heights.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the Public Facilities
Authority for a grant to the city of Oak Park Heights to conduct a feasibility study and to
predesign improvements to municipal water treatment infrastructure for the remediation
and removal of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from drinking water.
