relating to legacy; appropriating money from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to Capri Theater to enrich and expand youth and adult arts programming.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$200,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to Capri Theater to enrich and expand youth
and adult arts programming and effective arts and educational offerings for youth, families,
and emerging and accomplished artists.
