relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to Before Racism to
develop best practices to prevent racial bias in young children.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$400,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for a grant to Before Racism to develop best practices for preventing the
development of racial bias in children ages one to five. This is a onetime appropriation.
