A bill for an act
relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating funding for the American
Veterans Memorial Park in Cannon Falls.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; AMERICAN VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the American Veterans Memorial Park
for the regional destination veterans memorial park outside the city of Cannon Falls. This
appropriation includes money for memorials, honors, and other park amenities and site
improvements.
