relating to capital investment; extending an appropriation for a water improvement
project at French Lake.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The appropriation in Laws 2023, chapter 60, article 1, section 2, subdivision 2, paragraph
(m), to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Rice County to address water
quality concerns in French Lake shall remain available until December 31, 2025.
