 relating to state government; clarifying applicability of census activity; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 2.92, subdivision 4.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2023 Supplement, section 2.92, subdivision 4, is amended
to read:


Subd. 4.

Applicability.

This section applies deleted text begin from January 1 to July 1 in any year during
