relating to arts and culture; appropriating money for Rice Lake Veterans Memorial.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RICE LAKE VETERANS MEMORIAL.

new text begin $100,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to the city of Rice Lake to design and construct
a memorial to those who served in the military of the United States of America and those
who died in the line of duty. At least an equal amount from nonstate sources must be secured
to complete the project. This appropriation is available until expended.
