BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CAREGIVER RESPITE SERVICES GRANTS.

$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for caregiver respite services grants under Minnesota Statutes, section
256.9756. This appropriation is added to the base.
