relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Community Cooks
program at Appetite for Change.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$250,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to
the commissioner of administration for a grant to the nonprofit Appetite for Change for the
Community Cooks programming, which will preserve the cultural heritage of growing and
cooking food in Minnesota.
