relating to environment; appropriating money for county feedlot program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COUNTY FEEDLOT PROGRAM.

$3,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $3,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency for grants to delegated
counties to administer the county feedlot program under Minnesota Statutes, section
116.0711, subdivisions 2 and 3. Money remaining after the first year is available the second
year.
