 relating to civil legal services; appropriating money for civil legal services.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES.

new text begin $42,100,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the supreme
court to be distributed to legal services programs pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section
480.242. The base for this appropriation is $84,200,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $84,200,000
in fiscal year 2025.
