BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

APPROPRIATIONS.

new text begin $269,000 in fiscal year 2023 is appropriated from the general fund to the attorney general
for enhanced criminal enforcement and related initiatives. The base for this appropriation
in fiscal year 2024 and each year thereafter is $2,021,000.
