BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER; GOOD FOOD ACCESS PROGRAM.

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are transferred from
the general fund to the good food access account under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.1017,
subdivision 3, for purposes of the good food access program.
