relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for improvements to
recreational and cultural facilities at Keller Regional Park.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$3,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of administration for a grant to Ramsey County for improvements to
recreational and cultural facilities at Keller Regional Park.
