relating to veterans; appropriating money for veterans service organizations.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of veterans affairs to make grants to congressionally chartered veterans service organizations
(VSO) for the purpose of making VSO buildings comply with the Americans with Disabilities
Act, provided that the property is owned by the VSO. This is a onetime appropriation.
