 relating to energy; appropriating money to clean energy resource teams.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATIONS.

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of commerce for a grant to the clean energy resource
teams partnerships under Minnesota Statutes, section 216C.385, subdivision 2, to provide
additional capacity to perform the duties specified under section 216C.385, subdivision 3.
