relating to natural resources; appropriating money to maintain certain ditches.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin DITCH MAINTENANCE; APPROPRIATION.

$....... in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
natural resources for grants to counties and townships for repair and maintenance of ditches
not included within a public ditch system that provide water level control of lakes and
wetlands. This is a onetime appropriation.
