A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Conway Community
Recreation Center in St. Paul.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Sanneh Foundation for the
repair, upgrade, and renovation of the existing structure; design, site preparation, and
preconstruction services for an auxiliary storage facility; and improvements to increase
security and safety at the Conway Community Recreation Center in the city of St. Paul.
