 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for an anaerobic digester
facility in Washington County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ANAEROBIC DIGESTER FACILITY; WASHINGTON COUNTY.

new text begin $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency for a grant to Ramsey County to design, construct, and operate
an anaerobic digester facility in Ramsey or Washington County as part of a public-private
partnership to serve Ramsey and Washington Counties.
